Breakfast with Crust- less Quiche

Crust-less quiche offers a delightful twist on the traditional quiche, combining the familiar flavour you love with a lighter, healthier approach. It’s a versatile dish that can be adapted to suit various tastes and dietary needs, making it a perfect Breakfast for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Eggs

The base of your quiche.

Milk

Adds richness and creaminess.  

Cheese

Any type you prefer, such as cheddar, Swiss, or Gruyeres.

Vegetables

Choose your favorites, like spinach, broccoli, or peppers.

Meat

Optional, but bacon, ham, or sausage can add extra flavor.

Seasonings

Salt, pepper, and other herbs and spices to taste.

Instructions

Preheat oven

Most crust-less quiche bake at around 350°F (175°C).  

Prepare your pan

 Grease a pie dish or baking dish.

Mix ingredients

  In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cheese, and seasonings. Stir   in your chosen vegetables and meat.

Bake

  Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the centre is set.

Tips

Try different combinations of vegetables, cheeses, and meats.
