Potato Hash Recipe

Salt and pepper to taste Potato hash is a tasty breakfast that’s easy to make. You can add your favorite ingredients to make it unique. It’s a great way to start your day.

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2. 1 pound potatoes

3. 1 onion

4. 1 bell pepper

5. 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled

6. 4 eggs, scrambled

Instructions

Cook bacon

 Cook bacon in a large skillet until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside.

Cook potatoes

 Add diced potatoes to the bacon grease and cook until golden brown and tender.

Add vegetables

Stir in diced onion and bell pepper. Cook until softened.

Scramble eggs
